My goal is to see you walk away feeling better than when you first arrive. During your initial visit, we will discuss potential outcomes that can be expected. People often report having great relief after their first session. In some cases, however, part of your body may have been nonfunctioning for so long that you may experience physical, emotional, or mental discomfort. In this case, we will need to address the problem with greater frequency, so you can find ease more quickly.

As a trained and licensed chiropractor the focus is first and foremost on the health and alignment of your spine. Without this training, NetworkSpinal and Somato Respiratory Integration would not have the same impact on helping your body remember how to reorganize and align itself. These techniques will not directly produce the “pop” that you typically expect from a chiropractic adjustment. That said, people often do hear their joints cavitate or “pop” as their body is reorganizing during a session and frequently mention that for days after visits their joints are popping almost as if the spine is adjusting itself.

The gentle nature of NetworkSpinal makes it a great option for babies and children. My youngest clients are in their first weeks of life. Their parents have often received care during pregnancy and desire their newborn to start life having their spine and nervous system checked. Babies and children respond extremely fast. Witnessing their little bodies move, breathe, and reorganize makes people believers. Children who have received regular care are more alert and present. They hold themselves upright with beautiful posture and commonly express emotions and feelings more freely. Parents bring their children in for a variety of reasons. An aligned spine helps kids transition through developmental milestones, recover from childhood illnesses, falls, and accidents, and supports behavioral challenges as they feel more in tune with their bodies and capable of expressing themselves.

As the body aligns, it reconnects with what it is authentically feeling. In some cases this includes temporary pain or discomfort. It is not fun to be uncomfortable, so please bring this up if it happens in care and we can change your visit frequency to help you move beyond it.

During your consult and discovery exam we will discuss the goals you wish to achieve. These combined with the objective findings of your exam will create a tailored care plan to most effectively meet your expectations. At the beginning of a care plan, people often have two-to-three visits per week. The increased frequency jumpstarts results and helps to ensure greater success. If your case is more significant and requires greater attention, we may look at adding a fourth visit to provide the focus you need. Care will not exceed four times per week.

Once your initial immersion is finished, we can discuss what prolonged care looks like and establish a plan that suits your needs. Yes, you are welcome to receive any form of care you like. Know that the chiropractic adjustment was a precursor for the development of NetworkSpinal and Somato Respiratory Integration. Your spinal alignment will be addressed during each session in our office and we will gladly collaborate with other practitioners who are assisting in your care. Depending on your care plan there may be specific recommendations for how long after a spinal entrainment or SRI session another form of body work would be beneficial.

Everyone’s healing signature is unique and even more diverse than their own fingerprint. With NetworkSpinal, your body will reorganize using breath, movement, and energy. Somato Respiratory Integration uses focused breath and refined movement with verbal declarations to help the body experience the stages of healing. Some people respond more vocally based on their healing signature and time in care. What may look weird is actually highly refined healing and bodily reorganization. This doesn’t happen to everyone in such an outwardly expressive way. Some appear passive laying on the table while inside they are having a truly liberating experience. While it may seem odd, these responses are helping each person liberate toward a more aligned and authentic version of themselves. With babies and children, they sometimes become quiet, still, fall asleep, and then come back with more alertness and energy than before. It is an absolute honor to help facilitate people learning and expressing their own healing signature in a safe and supported way.

When people entrain and practice SRI together, the collective healing effect amplifies. Simply hearing what someone else is going through may remind you of how far you have come with care and serves to bless your progress. It may also inspire you to discuss something you have never brought up before as you didn’t know it was relevant to care. Being among multiple people gives your spine and body time between spinal entrainment contacts to reorganize on its own rhythm. The group room expands the energy available not simply for people on the table, but for the practitioner as well. Together, we are creating a space for people to feel at ease so that they may align and express what they have to give to the world. These can last from seconds to minutes and are vital to your overall health as it indicates your nervous system is communicating effectively.
